| An annual general meeting was held on Saturday, 22 October, 2011. There was a chairan's report, hon. secretary's report and an hon.treasurer's report. The auditor was again appointed. | There were also reports from the social welfare committees, Illawarra and outer west and reports from affiliated associations.

| Social Welfare, Illawarra had a busy year, with 523 visitations. Social Welfare in Western Sydney Nepean has a growing visitation list. | The Concordia Club, in Newcastle, held, yet again a very successful St Nicholas Day, 3rd Dec. and also a 54th birthday clebration 8th Oct. | The Rembrandt Club, in St Marys reported on a car show and a musical function, also Leiden's ontzet, fashion show and carnival night. |
| Dutch Australian Society Illawarra celebrated a 59th anniversary and, back in March there was a week's holiday in Macksville. | The Rembrandt Choir enjoyed performing at the Stanwell Tops Holiday camp. | Abel Tasman Village reported on development work and the DACC participated in a "Games Day', in Chatswood. |
| The "Echoes from the Past Project" was opened in the Bunker Cartoon Gallery, Coffs Harbour. | A proposal was tabled: That a committee be formed to explore and develop the concept of a Dutch Hub for the benefit of all Dutch in Australia. | Sinterklaas (St Nicholas) was also sighted in Sydney: In Abel Tasman Village, Petersham Park and Juliana Village. |
